Financial Reporting Council

The Financial Reporting Council is the UK's independent regulator for corporate governance, audit, and financial reporting. It sets and enforces standards for accounting, auditing, and actuarial work, while monitoring corporate reporting quality and operating enforcement arrangements for accountants and actuaries.
