Netherlands Institute of Human Rights

The Netherlands Institute of Human Rights (SIM) at Utrecht University is an expertise center for human rights research and education established in 1981. It offers international study programs, conducts interdisciplinary research, and organizes activities across human rights topics including gender equality, armed conflict law, and water security. SIM also publishes a quarterly journal and provides free online courses on human rights law.
